23-year old point guard Reggie Jackson didn’t play much during his first two regular seasons with the Thunder. But, when Russell Westbrook went down to injury, they needed someone to step up and Jackson has been that guy so far. In his last 3 games (all starts), Jackson is averaging 31.0 minutes, 17.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game. Jackson has now played in 5 games (3 starts) overall in this series against the Rockets and he is averaging 27.0 minutes, 13.4 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game. The Thunder are going to need Jackson to keep up the good work if they are going to finish off the Rockets and move on to the 2nd round of the playoffs.
